Stirring Shaft, PTFE Covered SS, 625mm OAL, 4-Blade, 127mm OD Blades, High Viscosity Style, Fits 3-5L Reactors. 16mm O.D. shaft is constructed using a molding process whereas the blade is molded directly onto the PTFE coated stainless steel shaft. This makes the stirrer chemically inert, easy to clean and can be used up to 280°C. The top of the shaft has 50mm of exposed 1/2" diameter stainless steel for rigid clamping to a coupling such as CG-2044-02, CG-2044-05 or CG-2046-03.Note: Shaft must be used with CG-2077-U or CG-2077-M style bearing

6.35mm Tru-Stir Stirrer Shaft Coupling, 3/8" Upper Male Coupling, For Use with 3-Jaw Jacobs Chuck. The unique design of Chemglass's Tru-Stir stirrer shaft coupling eliminates the need to use rubber hose or universal adapters to attach your stirrer shafts to overhead stir motors. Coupling incorporates a unique helical Stainless Steel spring permitting up to 1/4 of offset misalignment and 45 of angular misalignment. Coupling is rated for 24 in-lbs of torque without the backlash normally associated with common coil springs. Lower portion of coupling has a nylon adapter with a one piece collar for attachment to 10, 19, 25.4 and 30mm stir shafts. Upper adapters permit the coupling to be used with a standard Jacobs style 3-jaw chuck or motors having shaft diameters of 5/16, 3/8, 12mm, 1/2, 5/8 or 3/4. Adapter is also available for use with CG-2047 flexible shafts having 5/16 end fittings. Overall length of the coupling is 4. Supplied complete with an allen wrench set.

10mm Chem-Vac Stirrer Bearing, PTFE, 24/40 Joint Size. Chem-Vac PTFE stirrer bearing provides a VACUUM TIGHT FLAKE-FREE SEAL. Two versions of the bearing are available, the standard series for 2L and smaller vessel capacities and the stabilizer series that incorporates a PEEK/PTFE stabilizing bushing that is molded to the lower portion of the inner joint. The stabilizer greatly reduces stirrer shaft whip on larger vessels. The bearing consists of a PTFE standard taper body, Glass filled polypropylene screw cap, PEEK Compression spring, PEEK/PTFE sleeve and a glass filled polypropylene loosening nut. The polymer blend sleeve provides a long lasting seal for use up to 500 RPM. Loosening nut above the standard taper inner joint allows easy and quick removal. PLEASE NOTE: PTFE STIRRER SHAFTS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE WITH THIS BEARING.

Stirring Shaft, 10mm, Polished, Glass Agitator, Three-Blade, 400mm OAL, for 100mL to 250mL Reactors, 42mm OD Agitator. Shaft is precision ground and polished to fit our CG-2076 and CG-2077 10mm PTFE bearings. Designed to be used with cylindrical type reactors. The curved glass blades are spaced 120° apart and angled upward. PLEASE NOTE: STIRRER SHAFTS ARE DESIGNED FOR COUNTER-CLOCKWISE ROTATION.
